MK Building Group built two units for the Goreys to meet their circumstances. Their current property was getting too difficult to manage and their life circumstances required two dwellings. "We had endless agents ringing us asking us to sell. I got sick of answering the phone!" says Mrs Gorey. "MK Building Group was building next door and my husband struck up a good relationship with Con. He understood our needs and was prepared to swap our land in exchange for the building of two units."

When it came to the planning and design process, Mrs Gorey says Con and his team took the stress out of the process. "Con handled everything," says Mrs Gorey. "He took care of the plans, took us around to see similar projects and handled all the matters with the council. Con was very obliging. He tried to get everything just as we wanted it" The end result was even better than Mrs Gorey imagined. "The end result is fantastic. The house is open plan with a wonderful roomy feel despite being units and the finishes are lovely."

In a nutshell Mrs Gorey says "Con and his wife Magda are two of the nicest people we've ever met. They are trustworthy and honest. They built the units on time and to budget. I would recommend them to everybody"

The delight is in the detail perfectly encapsulates the Lawry's experience with MK Building Group. "Everything was done for us. The unit was the perfect set-up,' says Mrs Lawry.

"We were very impressed with the building of the unit. Con says he builds houses the way he would want to live in it and it shows," says Mrs Lawry.

After selling the family home, the Lawry's were having difficulty finding a unit on the Peninsula that suited their needs until they found the unit by MK Building Group. "The house sold itself. It was on a large block with only the original house at the front which has been updated to match," says Mrs Lawry.

"We love the unit. The floorplan is spacious, the kitchen is part of the huge open plan living area, the bathrooms are large and bright, there are big windows throughout the house, the finishes are beautiful, and even all the landscaping was done," says Mrs Lawry.

Mrs Lawry only has high praise for the service too. "Con is friendly and efficient and his follow-up was excellent. He fixed a small problem we had straight away"
