We progress to prepare a feasibility study in order to determine if the project is achievable. We take into consideration town planning requirements, area profile, restrictions of site as well as numerous other factors.

CONCEPT DESIGN

Once we know your requirements and have prepared feasibility study we can present you with a concept design. This preliminary design created by our in house architect is a starting point to create your desired project.

TOWN PLANNING

Most projects nowadays require a tow planning approval. We will facilitate this process on your behalf, prepare all necessary documentation and appoint and coordinate consultants if required.

CONSTRUCTION

After having obtained a town planning approval for your project we may progress to the construction phase. We have introduced numerous quality control measures. Our experienced and dedicated team of building professionals will ensure the highest quality of your project and attention to detail.
